The office of late Ayatollah Haeri, founder of the Religious Seminary of Qom was purchased by the office of Grand Ayatollah Sistani so as to make it a cultural center which would contribute, like other religious and cultural centers, in providing services to the religious and scientific circles. That was to be an appreciation to the great efforts and services of His Eminence in uplifting the holy religion of Ahlalbayt (a.s.) and its principles.
